Wayne Homes has two decorated models in Greensburg, and offers over 30 floor plans for you to customize. What distinguishes the homebuilder's approach, Smoyer said, is the "value list" that is developed for each customer. "It's a kind of thumb print of each customer's view of what they consider to be ‘perfect.'" Customers and Wayne Homes' representatives develop it together, narrowing choices and floor plans to arrive at what amounts to a definition of the client's "perfect" new home.
Wayne Homes has won a number of awards, including recognition as "America's Best Builder" from Builder magazine.
Right now the homebuilder has an attractive incentive package in place. "We can have you in your newly built home before Christmas!" said Smoyer.
