A Great Address Gets Greater
One of Pittsburgh's best addresses is about to get even better. A prime piece of property in Mt. Lebanon, one of the city's most prestigious suburbs, has been cleared for construction of a luxury condominium project. The first phase of Washington Park, at the corner of Bower Hill Road and Route 19, will have 40 upscale condominiums. The second phase will have 23 additional units in a later phase. The average price point throughout the project will be in the $600,000 range.
"This is what I call a 'Main Street' project," said Bill Dietrich, vice president of the New Homes Division of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Service.
Zamagias Properties is the developer of the project, where the floor plans will range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet. "You'll find all the amenities one would expect," said Dietrich. They will include a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center, and a wine room, as well as high-end retail on the street level. Buyers will enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle choice. Footers for the first building should be in place by mid-May. "We'll have buyers in their new homes by the third quarter of 2009," said Dietrich.
Washington Square is one of 56 new-home developments Dietrich's Division represents throughout Metropolitan Pittsburgh, where Coldwell Banker has 16 offices. A sales center is on site and open daily.
The Washington Square completion schedule enables you to sell your current home, said Dietrich, while investing in a luxury condominium. "The smart money will buy today."
